NOTE: A "Fully Plaited Belly" is important to the construction of my whips. Other whip makers make their signalwhip with a belly only consisting of a shot bag and small bolster. This produces a signalwhip that becomes droopy and lifeless in a very short period of time. Making them almost useless for some types of indoor play. My signalwhip on the other hand have a shot bag covered by a fully plaited belly which means that inside the signalwhip is another smaller whip. Then the outer layer of laces is plaited over that. This attention to detail produces a very lively signalwhip with a long life. You can order them with or without a flat 4 plait wrist loop at no extra charge. A signalwhip is measured from the tip of the knot to the tip of the cracker.
