This is the same leather conditioner I use when I make the whips. It will keep your whip in good shape. All you need to do is apply it with clean cloth, wait five minutes or more and then wipe off the excess. You can apply it liberally to falls to keep them in shape and the lower 2/3 of the whip thong. Also you can apply very thin coat to handles and knots.
